The Leak Alert X smart water detector is the first hubless electronic leak detector by Zircon with a magnetic body. It features a 9.8 ft (3 m) cable to enable detection in hard-to-reach locations. Mount the detector onto a wall or affix to a magnetic surface with the metal Sensing Contacts at the end of the cable lying flat against the surface to detect any moisture. Place an infinite number of detectors in your home as each Leak Alert X operates independently and can be individually named during the set-up process. Once moisture is detected, a loud (84 dB) alarm sounds an SOS, red LEDs flash, and an email alert warning is sent via Wi-Fi to up to five email addresses until the detector is deactivated or requires a new battery. Email notifications are sent to all designated addresses every 10 minutes for the first hour after leak detection, then once every hour afterward, for the life of the battery. Uniquely name each Leak Alert X water alarm based on the location where the device is placed so the emergency email will immediately alert you of the location of the problem. Each detector includes an easy-to-install standard 3V lithium battery to keep your smart water leak sensor running at optimal performance and features a Low Battery Indicator that chirps and sends email notifications when it is time to replace the battery. Use the Wi-Fi enabled Leak Alert X in any place where there is a potential for flooding or leaks, such as near water heaters, sinks, dishwashers, sump pumps and more. This unit is the ideal leak detection solution for single family residential homes, apartments, offices, as well as HOA, multi-unit and multi-story properties.

The Zircon® 9” Magnetic Torpedo Level offers precision leveling with a die-cast aluminum body for a lightweight, durable design.
