We offer free, UPS ground shipping in the United States.

When you place an order, estimated delivery dates will be provided based on the availability of your items and your shipping location.

 

Returns Policy

Zircon Corporation warrants to the original purchaser (or original user by gift) that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for its useful life (not to exceed twenty years from date of purchase). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product, excluding Limited Time Offers, for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. For items purchased using a promo code, please return the promotional item, or the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund amount.

To begin a return, email info@zircon.com with your Order ID # or login to shop.zircon.com and go to your "View Completed Orders" page. Select the Returns link in the top right corner of your order. Upon submission and review of your return request, you will receive instructions on how to return your product via the email address associated with your order. Unless the return is a result from an error (e.g., receipt of an incorrect item), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item(s).

The refund will be issued in the form of the original payment (credit card used for the order) within 4 weeks of shipping your product. In many instances, refunds are authorized more quickly. This duration accounts for the transit time of returns (5 - 10 business days), return processing once the product is received (3 - 5 business days), and your bank’s refund authorization process (5 - 10 business days).
