When you place an order, estimated delivery dates will be provided based on the availability of your items and your shipping location.
Brand new, unopened product(s) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from date of delivery. Unless the return is a result of an error (i.e. receipt of an incorrect item), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note: Opened, or used products, will be ineligible for a refund.
To return an item, go to your "View Completed Orders" page and select the Returns link in the top right corner of your order.
Once you have submitted your request for an incident referral number, our customer service team will review your request and provide an incident referral number, along with instructions on how to return your product, via the email address used on your order. All returned products must have a valid incident referral number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Please expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package although in many instances, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time of your return (5 to 10 business days), processing of your return upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and time for your bank process the authorized refund request (5 to 10 business days).
